What to do if the applet does not work

If you see the message Something is wrong. Java is not working, follow the instructions given in the same page (enable Java and clear the cache).

If you see the message Your Java is working but the version is older than Java 6, update it! If the version is JRE 6 update 21 or later, the applet might not work.

If it still does not work

1. Empty the cache: instructions here. You can set the space for the cache on your disc to 0MB: in this way you should not need to empty the cache anymore.
2. Restart the browser.
